Our sole focus is on the project’s adherence to the standards and all decisions are made using the stated criteria. Prior to engaging a client requesting verification services, IET conducts an internal review of existing relationships to ensure there are no real or perceived conflicts of interest that would jeopardize our impartiality.
Appeals Resolution and Complaints Handling Process
Integrated Environmental Technology, LLC (IET) provides a process to address appeals or complaints related to our verification services. Appeals and complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of issuance of the final draft of the validation/verification report in order to ensure the issue is addressed and resolved prior to issuance of a final report. - Desired resolution
The appeal or complaint will be investigated by a member of the management team within IET who is independent of the services performed and a decision on the resolution will be made within 30 days of receipt.
